Living on Vancouver Island for all my life I call the Comox Valley home. I enjoy baking, cooking, walks on the beach, travelling and spending time with family & friends. I started out my education journey in nursing but discovered I was missing the hands-on experience that a doula program offers. I switched professions and have never looked back.

I have my Holistic Doula Certificate through Pacific Rim College. This program is the most comprehensive doula training program in North America, allowing me to provide high-quality, holistic based care to you and your family. Whether it is prenatal, birth, or postpartum support I will strive to create space for you to honour your priorities and ease your transition into parenthood.

I am pleased to offer comprehensive sibling support. I have a special connection with children through babysitting/nannying, an inclusion worker/camp leader and volunteer work; the minds of children are fascinating and I love creating a special bond with every child I get to work with. If children are to be involved in the birth space, education and support help their transition.

The life-changing event of childbirth highlights to me the strength and power of the parents moving through this life stage. I will nurture, advocate and inform as much as needed to support your family through the childbirth and postpartum year. It is my professional and personal manner to keep all information confidential between clients and myself, during the time I support you and beyond. I look forward to watching families grow in the Comox Valley and surrounding area!
